We routinely appear before the Surrogate’s Court, and have successfully handled complex trusts and estate litigation and appeals on behalf of fiduciaries, beneficiaries and other interested parties. We have also successfully handled numerous contested guardianship proceedings, which often require injunction proceedings and other types of accelerated relief and proceedings, and we do not hesitate to protect our clients’ and their family interests whenever the possibility of undue influence arises.
