Mr. Clines specializes in municipal law. He has had an extensive career in private practice and public service, including as Chief of the Affirmative Litigation Bureau of the Nassau County Attorney’ s Office and legal counsel to the Nassau County Legislature. He has also served as an Assistant District Attorney for Broome County and counsel to the Nassau County Temporary Commission on Redistricting He has litigated a wide range of complex issues in the state and federal courts and has significant experience in Section 1983 Civil Rights litigation.
