Joshua M. Liebman is an experienced and skilled litigator and transactional attorney. He proudly carries on the mantle and continues to add to the impressive list of accomplishments of one of the firm’s original founding partners, Ronald J. Rosenberg, who was Mr. Liebman’s father-in-law.

Mr. Liebman’s respected roster of clients includes numerous high-profile individuals, organizations, and municipal clients covering a wide range of business, private sector, and public sector matters. He employs the same aggressive and creative problem-solving skills and facilities which he learned first-hand from his mentor, Mr. Rosenberg. Mr. Liebman is regularly called upon to provide cutting-edge and effective legal services and solutions for clients in diverse fields and industries which include commercial real estate development, hospitality, and all aspects of municipal law and proceedings.

Mr. Liebman graduated from New York University, summa cum laude, with a B.S. in Sports Management. Mr. Liebman attended St. John’s University School of Law, where he received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for Business Organizations and Labor Law, served as an Executive Board Member and Advocate for the Polestino Trial Advocacy Institute, and was a member of the St. John’s Law School Child Advocacy Clinic. Mr. Liebman began his legal career as a clerk for the Honorable Gary F. Knobel, and later served in positions with the New York Jets’ Football Administration Department, the Arena Football League’s Legal Department, and the Major League Baseball Players Association. Mr. Liebman also successfully authored a publication, entitled “Tip Your ‘Cap’ To The Players: 2007-2008 Off-Season Reveals NHL’s Salary Cap Benefits on Players” in the Spring 2009 edition of the Sports Lawyers Journal (16 Sports Law. J. 81). Mr. Liebman also served as an adjunct faculty member of Adelphi University as a professor of Sports Law. Mr. Liebman is admitted to practice in New York, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
