Mr. Ross began his distinguished legal career with one of the world’s preeminent and largest international law firms and has worked tirelessly for over 30 years on countless high-stakes and high-profile matters throughout the entire tri-state region, including New York City and Long Island.
His legal and business acumen extends to all aspects of complex and commercial litigation, including trials and appeals. He routinely represents and counsels both private and public companies, boards, municipal governments and officials, firms, professionals, business leaders, developers, public figures, and high net worth families and individuals. As part of his professional liability practice, Mr. Ross also represents and counsels other attorneys and law firms on a wide range of legal, ethics and strategic matters.
Mr. Ross has achieved successful results for his clients in a wide range of matters, many of which have resulted in precedent-setting decisions, in diverse areas including but not limited to business disputes, corporate litigations, partnership and LLC disputes, dissolutions, defamation, civil rights, constitutional law, telecommunications, banking, fraud, securities, bankruptcy, employment, trademark, copyright, cybersquatting, class actions, Article 78 proceedings, construction disputes, commercial lease disputes, and trusts and estate litigation.
Mr. Ross is a graduate of Cornell University, and received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School, where he was a member of both the Brooklyn Law Review and the Moot Court Honor Society, and was the recipient of numerous awards. He has also lectured and authored articles on a variety of litigation topics appearing in bar journals and other publications.
